I didn't do any St. Patrick's Day stamping, but I did do some baking! I made these yummy Hi Hat cupcakes! I used the recipe from the book
Cupcakes! by Elinor Klivans but I modified it to make mini cupcakes. It's hard to tell in the picture, but I dyed the cream frosting green for St. Patty's Day! I took these to my bowling potluck last night. I had to wait until yesterday to make them, otherwise I would've eaten them all before the potluck! Chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow creme frosting, dipped in chocolate! They're so yummy!
