Stampin' Pastels

Tonight is my monthly scrapbook class. We will be using the new stamp set, Soft Summer, from the Occasions Mini catalog and also Stampin' Pastels. So, I thought I would put together a quick tutorial for using Stampin' Pastels for the Poppin' Pastels technique. Enjoy!
