...Upon a Star

Well, I had a wonderful two weeks with my hubby and a great holiday weekend. I hope everyone's weekend was good, too. I'm back in stamping mode and have something to share....funny how new rubber gets you back in stamping mode. I'm so excited because I got both star punches and Classic Backgrounds which has this great polka dot star in it. I stamped my star in Real Red and Tempting Turquoise on Very Vanilla and punched it out with my Large Star punch. I stamped the background image with little stars 3 times along the side of my Real Red base with Real Red ink. I attached my two large stars to the card base, then added a star punched from Tempting Turquoise to my base with a Stampin' Dimensional. I added a strip of Very Vanilla along the bottom and stamped my sentiment in Tempting Turquoise. To finish it off I added a piece of Tempting Turquoise 1/4" grosgrain ribbon. I'm ready for another birthday!!
