I've had a busy week. And today I finally got caught up on my sleep. I have done some stamping this week, though. I think everything I made used Enjoy Every Moment, though. And this one is no exception. Oh, and this one turned out a little funkier than I planned. I think this is why I don't use my Stampin' Pastels more often. I stamped the large flowers from Enjoy Every Moment in Whisper White on Basic Black and added Orchid Opulence pastels. I then stamped the small flowers in Whisper White and used Barely Banana pastels. I added it to my Orchid Opulence card base. I then stamped my sentiment from Celebrate Everything in Basic Black on Barely Banana. I stamped my 3 flowers in Orchid Opulence in the upper corner and the rest of my sentiment on a scrap of Whisper White. I added my piece of Whisper White under my piece of Barely Banana and adhered it to my card with Stampin' Dimensionals. What do you think? Is it funky or what?

This is totally funky! Ok, I do have to admit that I shy away from Orchid Opulence. My first year as a demonstrator, I went to Regionals and we did a bunch of stuff in Orchid Opulence, Barely Banana, and Gable Green. . .I came home and threw them out :-) That said, this one looks cool! I think this color combo needs to be used with funky/geometric/retro type stuff.
