Landon's Baby Book

My cousin is going to have a baby boy any day now!!  As a gift I made an 8" x 8" scrapbook page for her so all she'll have to do once Landon arrives is print some pictures and glue them down!  So the next few posts will be pages of the book. 

This is the book cover.  It's just a plain brown scrapbook, so I added some ribbon and a Chipboard Element to fancy it up a bit.

Pick a Petal of Thanks

Corinne is still being given gifts and I'm still making thank you cards! I recently acquired Pick a Petal in a trade so I was so excited to use it for the first time! I love the look for the paper pieced petals so I had to do that first. And I liked the drawn lines of the petals and the center of the flower so I hand-drew the lines around the edge of the card.

Wonderful Father

This is the 3rd Father's Day card I made. This one is for my dad. I dug through my stamp sets to find one I hadn't used in a while. I veered from the norm with this card, because I usually only use Wonderful You for fall cards and scrapbook pages. I think this is the first time I used it without using a brown or orange color.

1st Father's Day

Today is my hubby's first Father's Day!! We've got a nice day planned including a small present! Accompanying the present will be this card. I wanted to make a robot for DH and I saw a card on SCS with a punch robot so I used it for inspiration. DH liked the Smooch Spritz on his dad's card so I used some Smooch Spritz on his card, too.

Gearing Up for Father's Day

Father's Day is tomorrow!  Are you ready?  I had a heck of a time getting this card done and in the mail.  Not because it was terribly difficult, but because I had a fussy baby hanging out with me while I was stamping.  It took me all day, but I finally finished it, but I don't think it's going to make it to it's destination in time.  I'm sure my father-in-law will understand, though.
